Virus-tested propagative material is distributed two times a year:
- Winter Sale: limited quantities of dormant potted plants are offered for sale in December-January.
- Spring/Summer Sale: limited quantities of unrooted green cuttings are offered for sale in June-July.
Order Priority System
Demand for our propagative material often exceeds supply. When this occurs, the CPCNW will prorate the available material among those who submit their requests by the deadline.
A list of available varieties will be published on our website and in the Hop News (Hop Growers of American Newsletter) on USAHops.org. The list will also be sent to the NCPN-Hop email list. If you would like to be added to the NCPN-Hop email list, please email us your request.
Upon receipt of a completed order form and a signed Purchase Agreement, the CPCNW staff will contact you directly to confirm material availability, finalize order quantity, and to discuss shipping options. An invoice will then be provided via email at this time.
A signed Purchase Agreement and payment in full must be provided before material will be shipped. Payment can be made by check or online. When possible, we prefer credit card payment via our secure payment site. Checks should be made payable to WSU/CPCNW-Hop and mailed to the address below.CPCNW Attn: Piotr Kowalec 24106 N.
